  • Can I specify an exact address or street where I want to purchase a property?

    No, this is not possible. By limiting yourself to one street or postcode, we believe that you could be missing out on better investment opportunities.

  • Can you assist with arranging any property surveys?

    Yes, we can arrange any independent property surveys that need to be carried out.

  • I am a first time landlord, can you help with the process and any paperwork required?

    Of course, this is our speciality. We will guide you every step of the way.

  • What is the minimum amount of money that is required to use your service?
