    Enter into a contract with us.

    Pay finding fee on signing contract.

  • Stage Two

    We’ll find you a property that matches your criteria.

    We’ll negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best price.

    We’ll then present the property to you along with all the necessary details to allow you to make a decision.

    If you are happy with the deal presented, we can formally agree to purchase.

  • Stage Three

    We will inform your solicitor of the property details and help you navigate the conveyancing process.

    We’ll signpost you to our trusted financial partners and inform them of the property details.

    Once the property conveyancing process has concluded, we can complete any refurbishments required.

  • Stage Four

    Once the refurbishment is complete we will work with a letting agent to find a suitable tenant.

    Your property deal will then be concluded and handed over to the lettings management company who will continue to work with you.
