  • Stage Three

    We will inform your solicitor of the property details and help you navigate the conveyancing process.

    We’ll signpost you to our trusted financial partners and inform them of the property details.

    Once the property conveyancing process has concluded, we can complete any refurbishments required.

  • Stage Four

    Once the refurbishment is complete we will work with a letting agent to find a suitable tenant.

    Your property deal will then be concluded and handed over to the lettings management company who will continue to work with you.
