NI Property Girl Expands Again with Three New Hires to Support Rapid Growth

NI Property Girl, a fast-growing buyer’s estate agency based in Lisburn, has announced the creation of three new roles: a Content Creator, a Construction Project Manager, and a Lettings Manager.

This move supports the company’s continued growth as it helps time-poor investors source, renovate and manage high-return buy to let properties across Northern Ireland.

Scaling with Purpose

With investor demand at an all-time high, NI Property Girl is growing its team to meet that need, without losing the hands on, personal approach that has built its reputation.

“We’ve grown from a one-woman operation into a full investment service,” says Founder and Director Eimear Gourley. “Adding these three new roles allows us to keep scaling while protecting the high standard of service we’re known for.”

  • The Content Creator will manage social media, video, and brand storytelling to support growth and community engagement.

  • The Construction Project Manager will oversee client renovation projects ranging from £10k–£100k+.

  • The Lettings Manager will lead the company’s new in house letting agency, which provides fully managed, ROI driven services for landlords.

A Full-Service Partner for Investors

NI Property Girl offers a 360° service to buy to let investors, from initial property search right through to tenant move-in. Clients include busy professionals, expats, and business owners who want a done for you property solution with consistent returns.

The addition of the in house letting agency marks a new chapter for the business. Designed specifically with investors in mind, the service focuses on minimising voids, managing tenant relationships proactively, and delivering long-term returns not just rent collection.

“We don’t want to be a traditional lettings agency,” says Gourley. “We want to raise the bar for landlords, tenants, and the properties themselves.”

Investing in People and Place

With headquarters in Lisburn, the team is proud to contribute to local employment and economic growth through job creation, subcontractor partnerships, and revitalisation of properties across Northern Ireland.

NI Property Girl also runs NI Property Academy, an educational platform that provides monthly events, training, and community  support for aspiring investors.

Together, the business and academy aim to become the most trusted name in property investment in Northern Ireland and a leading voice across the UK.
